Affiliates Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation as an affiliate of FXRobotEmpire ("Company") and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By signing up for the affiliate program or participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
Affiliate Enrollment: To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you will promote FXRobotEmpire using approved marketing materials provided by the Company. You agree to promote the Company's products and services in a lawful and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission and Payments: The Company will pay affiliates a commission for qualified referrals generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure and payment terms will be outlined separately and may be subject to change. Payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to meeting minimum payment thresholds and other conditions set by the Company.
Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when promoting the Company's products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to anti-spam laws, intellectual property rights, and advertising regulations.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. This includes, but is not limited to, generating false leads or referrals, impersonating the Company, or using unauthorized marketing materials.
Intellectual Property: The Company grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting FXRobotEmpire. Affiliates must not modify, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent from the Company.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease promoting FXRobotEmpire and remove all marketing materials and links associated with the Company.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate's participation in the program.
Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the affiliate's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any changes.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the affiliate, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
